Agility in the Face of Adversity - A Women's Perspective

Those who conquer challenges most effectively hold a firm belief that they can learn and grow, adapting to handle any situation.  Women at all stages of their individual leadership journeys are facing and conquering the challenges and obstacles brought about by the COVID crisis.  What’s enabling them to take these challenges in their stride and even to thrive in the face of adversity?  A hunger to learn and an agile approach to operating appear to make all the difference.

At AustCham’s next Women in Leadership virtual event, we’ll be exploring this topic further by bringing to you four seasoned business leaders from very different backgrounds - real women dealing with real business challenges and real people.  Our AustCham panelists are not only diverse in experience, but also in geographies, being based throughout Thailand and Australia.  They’re navigating and conquering new challenges and will share their lessons and tips for how you too, can craft your path to success.

Be prepared to feel inspired and uplifted and to build the courage within yourself to apply their lessons into tangible steps for you and your business.
