AustCham Thailand invites members to join Khun Penrurk Phetmani from Tilleke & Gibbins for an update on visa extensions for expats living and working in the Kingdom of Thailand.  

Khun Penrurk will cover: 

  • Automatic visa extension; 
  • Suspension of 90 days report requirement; and 
  • New regulations on report of residence (TM30) to be effective on June 30, 2020.

Penrurk Phetmani specializes in corporate services and immigration, including work permits, visas, permanent residence issues, licenses to operate businesses in Thailand, and general corporate matters.
