The Australian - Thai Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 16:30 on Wednesday 3 March 2021 at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok, prior to our monthly Bangkok Sundowners.
The Board of Directors of the Chamber give notice that the Annual General Meeting No. 1/2021 will be held on 3 March 2021 at [16.30], at [The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok] to:
- Consider and approve the 2020 Annual General Meeting minutes & matters arising;
- Consider and approve the 2020 Annual Report;
- Consider and approve the Balance Sheet and Statement of Revenues and Expenses;
- Consider the reappointment of the Auditor;
- Consider the announcement of Honorary Members;
- Consider and elect the Board of Directors for the 2021/22 year;
- Consider proposed amendments to the constitution, click here to view proposed amendments: here; and
- Consider other business (if any).
All members are welcome to attend the AGM, however, voting is restricted to individual ordinary members or corporate ordinary members who are listed as a primary representative. To ensure a quorum is reached it is important that voting members either attend the AGM or assign a proxy. The completed and executed proxy must be sent by e-mail to executivedirector@austchamthailand.com or by fax to the AustCham Office by 5:00pm on Tuesday 2 March 2021.
