Speaker:

• Dr. Sven Donisi (SD); Managing Director responsible for the whole production, engineering and R&D sector at Rosswag Engineering

SD studied mechanical engineering at the University Karlsruhe with the emphasis in production technologies, followed by research works at the Institute of fluid dynamics. After achieving his Ph.D. in engineering (Dr.-Ing.) he worked as an academic council for the institute. In 2006 SD joined the family owned company Rosswag GmbH as head of the forging department (open die forging and ring rolling) and in the following designated as one of three Managing Directors at Rosswag. He is responsible for the whole production, engineering and R&D sector. In 2012 SD initiated the start of a new strategic business unit under Rosswag, which deals with additive manufacturing in metal, based on the deep material knowledge of the company.
