  • While our strong preference is that each employee of an AustCham member company create their own log-in to book for events, we recognise there are events such Sundowners where one company may wish to place a single booking for multiple employees.   • Pre-paid vouchers enable quick, easy and discounted Sundowners entry. Pre-register you and your guests and we'll ensure a name badge is ready to go at a special desk away from the slow money-collection area. Pick up your name tag, hand us the voucher and get networking. Easy. You may register as many guests as you have vouchers.

The AustCham end of year Christmas Reception (Christmas Sundowners) will be held on Wednesday 15 December, 2021. The Board of Directors would like to extend an invitation to all AustCham Members to attend this special event.

Members are encouraged to book early as venue capacity is limited and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. All bookings should be made via the AustCham website.

  • 1,000 THB for AustCham members.

Note: due to limited capacity, this event is for AustCham members only; restricted to two persons per company.

**For those using pre-paid and early bird voucher, please note that two vouchers (500 THB) are required to complement one ticket.**

  • Prepaid tickets are ESSENTIAL. 
  • AustCham reserves the right to limit tickets to two per company member
  • All bookings will be confirmed upon payment and invoiced accordingly
  • Reservations may only be transferred with the agreement of AustCham
  • Refunds may be provided where AustCham is able to accommodate a suitable alternate paying guest
  • You will be required to show ID card to security to gain entry where names will be confirmed against the booking list. 
  • Walk-ins is NOT be possible

AustCham event policy:

  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions and limited event space, registrations in advance are required and we will not accept walk-ins at this event.
Payment and Cancellation policy:
  • Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. 
  • Free cancellation within 24 hours before the event and payments are refundable or transferred to next event’s credit.
  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 days) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit. For those who haven’t paid will be charged with invoice unconditionally.
