The Australian - Thai Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) will hold its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 16:30 on Wednesday 2 March 2022 at The Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit, prior to our monthly Bangkok Sundowners.
The Board of Directors of the Chamber give notice that the Annual General Meeting No. 1/2022 will be held on 2 March 2022 at [16.30], at [Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit] to:
- Consider and approve the 2021 Annual General Meeting minutes & matters arising;
- Consider and approve the 2021 Annual Report;
- Consider and approve the Balance Sheet and Statement of Revenues and Expenses;
- Consider the reappointment of the Auditor;
- Consider the announcement of Honorary Members;
- Consider and elect the Board of Directors for the 2022/23 yearar
- Consider other business (if any).
All members are welcome to attend the AGM, however, voting is restricted to individual ordinary members or corporate ordinary members who are listed as a primary representative. Voting will be conducted online using the ‘Election Runner’ platform, and details of how to vote will be sent to the individual / primary representative in each member company; instructions and voting ID will be available on the ballot page once you have access to vote online.

COVID-19 Requirements: Attendees must be able to show proof of at least double vaccinated and a Negative test result (ATK/RT-PCR) conducted within 24 hours of arriving at the event.
