Recovery post-COVID 19 for the Hospitality and Tourism sector is gradually stepping up. But the challenges ahead are significant with persistent issues in training and skills development exacerbated by the pandemic. The skills development agenda and effective nurturing and retention strategies for talent have now been amplified by shortages in people as well as the necessary skills and standards underpinning them. How the Hospitality Sector in Hua Hin recovers and can work together on this collective issue is critical to both immediate and future growth and recovery in a sustainable manner.

This briefing will explore a framework using Australian vocational qualifications and how this can drive alliances in hospitality sector to create specific training programs.
