  • Friday, May 19, 2023
  • 16:30 - 18:00
  • Holiday Inn Pattaya, Auditorium

The AMCHAM Manufacturing, HR, and Legal Committees invite members to join their update on employment law in Thailand. Focusing on key milestones along the employment timeline, our speakers will aim to provide practical advice for employers, particularly those in the manufacturing industry, at the following critical junctures:

  • Starting everything the right way: considerations for hiring.
  • The in-between period: considerations around work conditions, including a discussion of the new Work from Home legislation.
  • Ending the relationship : considerations for termination, such as requirements for contract termination and labor court proceedings.
In addition to the above, our speakers will also address recent significant changes and developments that all employers in Thailand should be aware of.
