  • This type of booking can be made by only one employee of AustCham Member. If you want to register more guests from same company please select "Multiple registrations from the same member company"
  • **For those using pre-paid and early bird vouchers, please kindly note that two (2) vouchers are required to complement one (1) Christmas Reception ticket.** Pick up your name tag, hand us the voucher and get networking. Easy. You may register as many guests as you have vouchers.


The AustCham End of Year Christmas Reception (Christmas Sundowners) will be held on Wednesday 13 December 2023, exclusively at The Australian Embassy Courtyard. The Board of Directors would like to extend an invitation to all AustCham Members to attend this special event.

Members are encouraged to book early as venue capacity is limited and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. All bookings should be made via the AustCham website.

How much does it cost

  • 1,200 THB for AustCham members
    Note: This event is for AustCham members only restricted to four persons per company. 

Please register in advance, as walk-ins are not allowed for this event

Limited spaces, please book early to avoid disappointment

Notice:

  • Prepaid tickets are ESSENTIAL. 
  • AustCham reserves the right to limit tickets to four per company member
  • All bookings will be confirmed upon payment and invoiced accordingly
  • Reservations may only be transferred with the agreement of AustCham
  • Refunds may be provided where AustCham is able to accommodate a suitable alternate paying guest
  • You will be required to show ID card to security to gain entry where names will be confirmed against the booking list. 
  • Walk-ins is NOT be possible

AustCham's event policy:

  • Due to limited event space, registrations in advance are required and we will not accept walk-ins at this event.
  • Kindly note that by registering for this event, you are providing consent for your details to be shared with our partners for this event.

Payment and Cancellation policy:

  • Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment not made 2 working days before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list.
  • Free cancellation within 2 working days before the event and payments are refundable or transferred to next event’s credit.
  • Cancellations received less than 2 working days and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit. For those who haven’t paid will be charged with invoice unconditionally.
  • Transferred credit must be used within 6 months from the notice date, otherwise you will NOTbe eligible for the use of credit nor refundable to cash.
