Dress Code: Christmas casual – think shorts and a short sleeve collared or polo shirt for men and lightweight fabrics for the ladies. Traditional Christmas colors like red, green, navy, and black for a classic casual Christmas ensemble. Accessories like designer belts, pocket squares, and suitable shoes complete the outfit.

The AustCham End of Year Christmas Reception (Christmas Sundowners) will be held on Wednesday 11st December 2024, exclusively at The Australian Embassy Courtyard. The Board of Directors would like to extend an invitation to all AustCham Members to attend this special event.
Members are encouraged to book early as venue capacity is limited and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. All bookings should be made via the AustCham website.

**For those using pre-paid and early bird vouchers, please kindly note that two (2) vouchers are required to complement one (1) Christmas Reception ticket.**

Notice:
- Prepaid tickets are ESSENTIAL.
- All bookings will be confirmed upon payment and invoiced accordingly
- Reservations may only be transferred with the agreement of AustCham
- Refunds may be provided where AustCham is able to accommodate a suitable alternate paying guest
- You will be required to show ID card to security to gain entry where names will be confirmed against the booking list.
- Walk-ins is NOT be possible.

Payment and Cancellation policy:
- Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment not made 2 working days before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list.
- Free cancellation within 2 working days before the event and payments are refundable or transferred to next event’s credit.
- Cancellations received less than 2 working days and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit. For those who haven’t paid will be charged with invoice unconditionally.
- Transferred credit must be used within 6 months from the notice date, otherwise you will NOT be eligible for the use of credit nor refundable to cash.
