Mark Bowling
Senior Sales Manager, Colliers International


Originally from Tenby in West Wales, Mark Bowling is a senior sales manager with Colliers International's Pattaya office on Second Road. The branch office has twice been awarded the accolade of Best Residential Agent (Eastern Seaboard) in both the 2012 and 2010 Thailand Property Awards. Formerly with a local property development company he joined Colliers in early 2009 and within a short period of time achieved a Colliers International - Asia Pacific Award of Excellence as an Outstanding Achiever in 2012. Mark has enjoyed a successful career in international sales and marketing spanning more than 20 years both in the UK and Thailand.


David Nardone
CEO – Hemaraj Land and Development PCL


David Nardone is the President and Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of Hemaraj Land and Development Public Company Limited. Hemaraj is Thailand’s leading developer of industrial estates, utilities, power, and property solutions. Industrial customers include 784 land or factory contracts, 600,000 square meters of ready built factories and logistics warehouses, 274 automotive contracts including GM and Ford, with an industrial customer investment estimate of $25 billion.

Prior to joining Hemaraj in 1993, David held senior financial and manufacturing management positions over 14 years in the computer industry while residing in the U.S., Thailand, and Hong Kong. He completed a BSBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, USA. David contributes to various economic forums and media. He has written articles on the automotive industry, manufacturing, the investment climate and industrial competitiveness.
