AustCham is working with the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand (AMCHAM), the British Chamber of Commerce (BCCT), Thai-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (TCCC) and New Zealand-Thai Chamber of Commerce (NZTCC) to arrange for some of the world’s premier technology companies to display their latest hi- tech gadgets at an exclusive networking night.  Selected hardware will be displayed for the first time ever in Thailand on this night. This is a unique opportunity to have a look at (and experience) the latest home and office technology. The following items, among many others, will be displayed and demonstrated on the night:

  • Apple's recently released iPads along with a ton of cool devices from flying robots to wireless health gadgets from Copperwired;
  • New Surface 2 hybrid laptop/tablets and a 70" touchscreen device from Microsoft. This device allows you to move content from one screen to another with the wave of hand (think high-tech film Minority Report, but this time it's real!);
  • Nokia's new phablet featuring the latest Microsoft operating system;
  • 3D TV and 3D printing and a huge OLED TV screen from LG;
  • Lots of ways to stream content to your TV from Seagate, Western Digital. A new "Over the Top" software company will demonstrate how to stream content to all your devices;
  • Smartwatches from Qualcom; and
  • Portable solar power and action video cameras from Tank Store.
The major vendors will have special offers for attendees--with Christmas 'round the corner', there will be lots of ideas for cool things to put under the tree.
