Multi-Chamber Manufacturers Group Meeting - 17 January

In recent months, Thai Government agencies have targeted drug use, primarily of 'yaa-baa', among employees in manufacturing firms. This has included surprise visits to various factories and mandatory on-the-spot drug testing of employees. At the Multi-Chamber Manufacturers Group meeting, which is to be held on Friday 17 January, two guest manufacturing executives will speak about their experiences on this issue. A representative of the Thai Government has also been invited to outline and clarify the anti-drugs policy.

The Multi-Chamber Manufacturers Group aims to bring together representatives from all Chambers of Commerce, particularly the Australian, American and British Chambers. The Group is operationally focused so attendance is, therefore, restricted to those directly involved in manufacturing. Please do not register to attend if you do not represent a manufacturing company.
