The Australian Thai Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) will hold its 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 17:00 on Wednesday 5 March at the Grand Hyatt Erawan, Bangkok. March Sundowner’s will follow afterwards from 18:00.

Board of Director Nominees
AustCham has received 15 nominations to fill 12 positions on the AustCham Board of Directors. Nominee profiles can be viewed here.

Voting
Either the Primary or Alternate Representative of Corporate Ordinary and Individual Ordinary members may cast their vote on matters arising from the AGM, including to elect a new Board of Directors. This can be done in person, by proxy, or via electronic means. Proxy forms can be downloaded here. Members who have expressed an interest in electronic voting will receive further instructions via email. Electronic voting will be open from Friday 28 February 14:00 until Tuesday 4 March 17:00.

It is important that members exercise their right to vote to ensure a quorum is reached.
