AustCham is pleased to invite members to a special seminar on fraud-related crises. In this interactive seminar, Phil Johnson and Jeremie Duthel, Director and Senior Consultant at Control Risks, will address what fraud-related crises are, how they can be detected as well as why and how they should be managed. Case studies specific to Thailand will be used as examples. Alan Polivnick, Partner in the International Litigation Group of Watson, Farley and Williams, will complement the presentation by providing a legal perspective on crisis management, focusing particularly on Thailand’s legal and regulatory infrastructure.

The seminar will be followed by a poolside cocktail reception. Please note that as the seminar is interactive, the number of attendees is limited. Please book as soon as possible to ensure you can attend!
