    The St. Regis Bangkok Sunday Brunch is a veritable Bangkok institution, but they are kicking it up a notch with an even more decadent Easter Sunday Brunch. On Sunday 1st April 2018, The St. Regis Bangkok presents their Magnificent Easter Sunday Brunch at VIU Restaurant on Level 12 of the hotel.

    In a grand buffet experience, from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, the indulgent spread actually takes over the four restaurants and bars on that level. Guests can enjoy an extraordinary brunch of the finest fare, matched with wines, champagne and cocktails, which flows seamlessly from VIU, through The Drawing Room, across The St. Regis Bar, and into Decanter.

    Commence at VIU with an assortment of antipasti, salads, foie gras, seafood on ice, prime cuts of meat, brunch favourites, and flavours from around the globe, as well as Thai specialties and house-made pasta. An enticing collection of sweet endings, an incredible showcase of Easter chocolate, international cheeses and other delights also await on this monumental culinary journey.

    Various drinks packages are available together with the Magnificent Easter Sunday Brunch, to suit guests’ beverage choices. Prices start from THB 2,850++ per person, with the non-alcoholic

    beverages package, while THB 3,550++ per person allows for wines, sparkling wines, Siam Mary, martinis, beers, smoothies and juices. Furthermore, the top-tier brunch package of THB 5,500++ per person includes a continuous flow of Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne.

    Every year, Good France or Goût de France reveals French cuisine made with natural, seasonal product from various regions in France. For 2018, Goût de France will be paying tribute to the late 3 Star Michelin Chef Paul Bocuse.

    As we participate in this vital event, we proudly present delightful dishes created by our talented Chef Christian Caluwaert, drawing inspiration from Chef Alain Ducasse. In his 10 years of professional experience in Europe, Chef Christian had the privilege to work in many Michelin star restaurants such as L’Orangerie in Belgium, Hostellerie de Levernois in France and also Le 39V in France. 

    During his tenure at these restaurants, he also had the opportunity to work with some of the legendary names in the industry such as Chef Alain Ducasse and Chef Frédéric Vardon.

    The appealing menu features starters as Cheese Gougere, Dover Sole Goujonnette and Snail Cromesquis. For the main dishes, there will be Egg Cocotte with Morels Mushrooms, Spring Asparagus and Foie Gras shaves as well as Charolais Beef Filet Mignon with potato Dauphine and Cream young spinach leaves.
