CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY DINNER AT THE EMBASSY ROOM
On Christmas Eve, Sunday, 24th, and Christmas Day, Monday 25th, December 2017, evenings Executive Chef Franck and The Embassy Room’s passionate team reward the suspenseful wait with a virtuoso 05-course Christmas Eve Dinner Set Menu comprising amuse-bouche, starter, soup, main course, and dessert.
Share the special moment with family and friends starting with an exquisite amuse-bouche of mud crab and Oscietra caviar. Canadian lobster ravioli follows, then toothfish and truffle OR lamb tenderloin. All capped with a classic Christmas chocolate & chestnut Bouche de Noël, followed by tea/coffee and mignardises. Priced THB 4,500++ per person. From 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
CHRISTMAS EVE BRUNCH AT THE EMBASSY ROOM
Gather the family or close friends around for a fabulously festive Christmas Eve Brunch served at The Embassy Room on Sunday 24th December. Definitely bring the young ones, for each of whom a Christmas gift awaits under the Christmas tree. As our live band and Christmas carollers at the Living Room fill the air with festive melodies, relax as the warmth of the occasion flows through you.
Featuring live stations devoted to a la minute delicacies, a mouth-watering adventure is arrayed for your pleasure. A proper brunch, begin the festive feast with fresh bakeries, from mixed fruit Danish to fluffy croissants and nutty whole-wheat toast. Refine the breakfast slice with juice and dairy selections, from yoghurts to smoothies.
As your inclinations turn to Christmas dinner proper, start with appetizers trawled from the Seafood on Ice station, including freshly-shucked oysters, prime lobster, tiger prawn, king crab and mussels with multiple sauces. Complement with salad selections and smoked salmon. Contrast with fine cold cuts, from Parma ham to Paris ham, and cheeses, from truffle brie to Tourme d’Ambert, complemented with fresh fruits and homemade condiments.
And onto the main event over at the indulgent hot buffet, featuring traditional roasted turkey and trimmings as well as roasted beef ribeye and lamb rack. Not to mention stir-fried seabass, whole salt-crusted baked salmon, pumpkin soup and salmon quiche, and more.
Delight in the equally irresistible desserts, from subtly sautéed crepes suzette to Chef’s classic Bouche de Noël in two flavours: traditional chocolate, chestnut & pecan, and local tropical coconut, mango and passionfruit. Other traditional Yuletide desserts include a gingerbread house and stollen, not to mention such all-time favourite confections as crème brulée and macarons.
