Japanese Thai Fusion Temptation at Utage,
Plaza Athénée Bangkok, A Royal Méridien
Bangkok 2017, the palate awakens to a Japanese way of interpreting Thai cuisine – and the public is loving it.
Last year, Utage Japanese restaurant at Plaza Athénée Bangkok, A Royal Méridien presented for the first time a special a la carte fusion menu of Japanese dishes showcasing Thai ingredients and recipes. It went down rather well.
Now Chef Samart + the talented team are doing it all over again with a new prime quality menu fusing Japanese + local favourites with fresh innovations, destined to tantalize the taste buds with more big flavours and even bigger mouthfuls.
This season’s original Sushi Fusion creations include Ebi Satay Maki, Maguro Nigiri Piri Kara, Wagyu Massaman Nigiri, + Tom Yum Salmon Nigiri. Available separately or as a mixed platter.
Plus a sumptuous Spicy Salmon Salad and an intriguing Ramen Fusion Menu featuring Seafood Tom Yum Ramen, Salmon Tom Yum Ramen, and Buta Chashu Tom Yum Ramen.
Those who missed it the first time around now have another chance to discover how two such contrasting culinary cultures can complement each another so extraordinarily. Those who didn’t will warmly welcome the special season back.
A la carte dishes start from THB 240++
Utage’s Japanese-Thai Fusion Menu is available lunch and dinner from 01 April – 30 June 2017.
