New Spring Menu & Tuscan Wine Dinners at Rossini
Bangkok, May – In May and June, Executive Chef Gaetano Palumbo embraces the change of season with his new spring lunch and dinner menus at Rossini’s.
Highlights include risotto with white asparagus, speck ham and coffee powder, succulent slow cooked suckling pig with nectarine, tomato, buffalo mozzarella and ciabatta bread, and Hokkaido scallop tartar with white asparagus, truffle caviar, tarragon sabayon and pine nuts. Diners can enjoy special set menus or order à la carte.
Chef Gaetano will also celebrate the regional diversity of Italian cuisine with his Grande Tour of Tuscany Wine Dinner. On May 27 and June 23, he will delight discerning diners with unforgettable evenings of authentic Tuscan cuisine paired with exceptional wines carefully selected by our partners, Wine IQ and GFour.
